Clata Telecom, a fast-growing broadband Wireless/Cellular, M2M/IoT device & cloud solution provider is looking for a professional, energetic, self-starter to fill the position of sales/account executive.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promote and sell Clata ’s WWAN/Cellular devices, Wireline Gateways and cloud solutions by the written & verbal presentation of Clata’s value proposition.
• Understand Clata’s products and services – how they are differentiated, priced, and competitively positioned
• Create product proposals that position Clata products as the best solution.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and/or region.
• Create a lead generation strategy and work with the marketing team to execute campaigns
• Participate in trade shows, customer or partner training/promotional events.
• Support regional VP and senior sales managers on achieving quarterly sales goals.
• Set and achieve sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Support sales and marketing activities of Clata’s customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate and handles all customer requests including a solution proposal, product evaluation, quotation, forecasting, pricing, site visits etc.
• Assist the customer in the resolution of all issues
• Participate in sales team calls and market development activities
• 25% travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3~5 years of customer service and/or sales experience is required
• Strong phone prospecting and cold calling skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and be able to work independently
• Experienced in sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work quickly and collaboratively
• A great attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior customer service or sales experience is required.
